Refund Policy

DISCLAIMER: Aviakul Private Limited [AKL] does not collect or handle online payments directly but through a service provider, namely, Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay). 

Please read this refund and cancellation policy to learn more about the ways in which refund is initiated and processed at AKL. AKL's primary focus is on quality over quantity thus ensuring the best for our stakeholders. Please read the fine points and descriptions of each service / product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the products you purchase from AKL.

The following policy has been made keeping in mind that the course seats are limited. For every refund request, the matter will be examined thoroughly by AKL and refund will be initiated for only those extreme cases which are genuine and have no other option but, to initiate a refund
1. Entrance Examination Fee
No refund of Entrance Examination fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
2. Registration Fee
  • Registration Fee for Course Admission can be refunded if the respective candidate raises the refund request in the below mentioned format from their registered email address within seven (7) days of making the payment on this website.
  • Refund shall not be considered if the aforementioned period elapses.
  • Full refund can be considered if and only if the candidate fails Class 2 Medical Examination / declared medically unfit to continue the course.
  • Refund shall be processed post deduction of applicable charges.
3. Course Fee
  • Course fee can be refunded if the respective candidate raises the refund request in the below mentioned format from thier registered email address within seven (7) days from the date of payment.
  • If the candidate requests after Seven (7) days from the date of payment or if he / she has attended upto 2 lectures (whichever comes first), only 40% of fee will be refunded.
  • Refund shall not be considered if the aforementioned period elapses. ​
  • Refund shall be processed post deduction of applicable charges.
  • The above fee refund policy is applicable for General Candidates only. For candidates enrolled through any scholarship program or through any special recommendation, there will be NO REFUND under any circumstances whatsoever.
4. Exceptions
Full refund is considered only in the following scenarios: 
  • Candidate fails to meet Class 2 Medical Examination criteria
  • Declared medically unfit to continue the course
  • Extreme and genuine situations which will be evaluated from case-to-case basis
5. Deductions
The following standard deductions shall be considered during Refund process:
 
  • Registration Fee: Application Processing Charge - Rs. 250
  • Course Fee: Registration Fee - Rs. 1,000 & Computer Number Application Charge Rs. 4,000
  • Bank Charges - as applicable
6. Refund Process & Timeline
Step 1: Candidate should write a refund request email with detailed justification of why refund is being requested to admissions@aviakul.com from their registered email address.

Step 2: Our Team gets in touch with the candidate to verify the authenticity of the nature of request. Upon clearance, a refund request will be initiated.

Step 3: Upon processing the refund, fund transfer will be initiated through an online banking transaction

All qualified refund requests shall be processed within 30 working days of submission of request.
